AI item recognition (Basic & Pro)

The HomeBox app analyses a single photo and suggests the item name, category, brand, colour, dimensions and an estimated current value. You edit anything that looks off before saving, so you keep the final say on every record while skipping nearly all of the typing.

Insurance-ready reports

Pro: PDF reports with each item's room, category, condition, brand and value, plus totals by room. Basic & Pro: CSV export. Filter by room, category or condition.

Household sharing and roles

Create a household, invite family members by email, and give each person owner or member permissions. An activity log records who added or changed what, which keeps a shared inventory trustworthy over time.

Duplicate detection, warranty tracking and search

Duplicate detection warns you when a new item closely matches something already logged. Warranty tracking reminds you before coverage expires. Full-text search covers every field, so finding where the passport or the spare drill battery lives takes a couple of seconds.
